We offer standard delivery services for customer’s order(s) shipped to West Malaysia regions ONLY.
Charges are listed as below:
RM15-RM25: West Malaysia
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) *depending on courier service provider.
Return Policy
At OhGiftyMy, we reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage you to review all terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Please note that once payment is accepted, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be entertained. Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon receipt.
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item Delivered – If we mistakenly send you the wrong product.
- Damaged or Defective Item – While we take great care to ensure product quality, should you receive a damaged or defective item, we will assist with a return.
- Expired Product – If an item delivered is past its expiration date.
Re-Delivery of Items
To qualify for a re-delivery, the returned item must be in the same condition as received.
Initially, the customer will bear the shipping cost for the return, but a full refund will be issued once we receive and verify the item’s condition.
The correct item will be shipped to you free of charge. However, we cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use or further damage. In such cases, shipping fees and the product cost will not be refunded.

Return Procedure
To request a Return Authorization (RA) number, please email hello@ohgiftymy.com with the following details:
- Full name, address, and contact information
- Order confirmation number
- Item(s) being returned with a brief explanation
- Photo(s) of the item(s)
Ensure that your name, address, and order number are also included on your return package.
Once your RA number is approved, it will be emailed to you. Returns must be completed within 15 days of receiving the RA number.
Please print the Return Authorization Form sent to you and include it in your package.
