Product Availability & Pricing
All products listed on ohgiftymy.com are available for purchase while stocks last and are subject to the pricing conditions stated on the website.
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and full payment is required at the time of order placement.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final, and cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- The purchased item is out of stock.
- The item received is defective and cannot be replaced.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages or losses caused by human error upon receipt of goods, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Exchanges & Defective Goods
Exchanges for defective items are only accepted if reported within five (5) days of receipt. Reports made after this timeframe will not be entertained.
